• The Developer Lite package is best utilized by Developers in testing their applications within the Grid environment.
• Dual CPU processors allow one CPU to be used by the Applogic controller and one CPU to be used for customer’s application.
• This option is not recommended for Hosting
  customers since it’s not a highly available Grid solution.
• Usually in a 4 Node Grid the data is mirrored on the other nodes for redundancy.
  In this case, since there is only one Node, the data is not mirrored anywhere; there is also no redundancy.

For Developers who need more compute-power within their grid solution, the Developer Core package provides three times more CPU capacity with similar cost savings as our Developer Lite package (see above). This is your opportunity to test the Grid solution at a fraction of the cost.

• The Developer Core package is a higher end version of Developer Lite, for applications which need more resources than those available on the Lite version.
• Since the Core package is based on the Opteron 2218 Quad processor, one CPU is used by the Grid controller and the other three CPU’s are available for the customer’s application.
